As part of long-term capital improvement plans, TMI is currently upgrading the main maintenance shed with new ventilation and lighting systems. 

The ventilation system will be capable of filtering particulate from the air and creating positive pressure to eliminate dust.  The installation is scheduled for completion the end of July.

The interior beams of the shed were painted earlier this spring, resulting in more reflective light.  This combined with the installation of improved lighting later this season will result in greater work efficiency.

Other scheduled maintenance this summer includes dredging the basin to maintain 14’ at low water and installation of new floating docks at the marina.
